Here are our refund policies for those clients who may want their money back.

Outreach Backlinks adhere to a strict non-refund policy. Since we provide our clients with non-tangible irreplaceable products, refund after the service has been provided. We fully guarantee the placement, but if we failed to do that on time, you will get your money back.

When you purchase a Subscription Plan of Outreach Backlink, you agree to the fact that you can’t cancel all payment obligations, and all payments are non-refundable. As a customer, you should understand this while purchasing any service through our website.

Outreach Backlinks does not honor requests for refunds or return payments for any of the following reasons:

  • Poor or inappropriate technical performance of partner news and press release aggregating websites. It includes the availability of web pages 24/7, website loading speed, presence or absence of hyperlinks, presence on search engine indexes, third-party comments, text layout, content, and style.
  • Refund for partial month/year of service, upgrade/downgrade refund, or unused limit.

If customers find that services have not been provided as described, they can submit a complaint to Outreach Backlinks’ Contact Us page or by email to [email protected] within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Remember, you must provide us with clear evidence that the product or service you have purchased fails to meet the description on our website. We do not honor complaints based on customers’ false expectations or wishes.

We review complaints on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any complaint at our sole discretion. When withdrawing funds from the system, the processing fee charged when entering funds into the system is not refundable.

At the time of refund, there is a fee for processing the payment for withdrawal of funds from the system, which is equal to the commission for processing the payment when you enter the funds into the system.

The system fees for payment processing when you enter and withdraw funds from the system, depending on the payment system used to access and withdraw funds from/to the system. Withdrawal of funds from the system is managed only by the method of payment that was used to access the funds in the system.
